- October 22, 2026AI Transparency, Privacy, and Notice for EmployeesTeam Chat can now translate messages into the language each reader picks. The AI Transparency page, the Privacy Policy, and the Notice for Employees say what is sent to the model, which model, and what is kept.
- October 22, 2026AI Transparency, Terms, Privacy, and Notice for EmployeesAI Agent became AI Automations, workflows that run steps on their own once a workspace publishes them, and Company Bot can now do everyday tasks for the person asking once they confirm. The AI pages, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Notice for Employees now say what runs on its own, what still asks a person first, and who is responsible. The Trademark page no longer lists AI Agent.
