Vantage Workforce

Background checks, started from the hire.

Order a check for a candidate or a new hire without leaving Vantage. They read your disclosure, sign the authorization, and give their details on a secure page, and the report comes back to the people who review checks. If something in it gives you pause, the adverse action steps run in order, with every notice on record.

  • Ordered from the person, not a separate site

Pick the person and the package, and Vantage sends them a link. Their name, role, and location come from the hire, so nobody types them twice.

  • Consent, signed and kept

The candidate reads your disclosure on its own, then the authorization and any state notices, and signs with their name. The signed copy is filed with the check.

  • Adverse action in the right order

Before you decide against someone, the pre-adverse notice goes out with a copy of the report and their rights. The final notice goes out only after the waiting period you set.
