Vantage Workforce

Offer a 401(k) without the paperwork in between.

When Payroll arrives, you can add a 401(k) if you want one. Set up a new plan through a retirement partner, or connect the plan you already have. Employee contributions and your match come out of each pay run on their own, and people change their own contribution in the app. It stays off unless you turn it on.

  • Optional, and off until you want it

Payroll works without it. Turn on a 401(k) when you are ready, and only then does anything change on a paycheck.

  • A new plan, or the one you have

Start a new 401(k) through a retirement partner, or connect the plan you already have where its provider supports it, so contributions keep reaching it.

  • Deductions that keep themselves

Each person's contribution and your match are worked out from every pay run and sent to the plan, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet in step.
