Vantage Workforce

One email. Every location's customers.

Write a campaign once and send it from every location, each with its own name, address, and reply address. A welcome series, a review request after a visit, and a reminder before an appointment run on their own. Every location keeps its own list, and sign-ups, unsubscribes, and bounces are handled for you, from the same place you plan your social posts.

  • Campaigns for every location

Write one email and send it from every location, with the site's details filled in.

  • Automations that run themselves

A welcome series, a review request after a visit, a reminder before an appointment.

  • Lists that stay clean

Sign-ups, unsubscribes, and bounces handled for you, per location.

Head office writes it. Each location signs off.

The same approval a social post gets. A location's manager sees the email filled in with their own details, approves it from their phone, or asks for a change, before it goes to their customers.

What head office does

One campaign for every location, with the brand kept the brand.

  • Writes the email once, with {location}, {address}, {phone}, {hours}, and {website} filled in per location
  • Locks the blocks a location may not change
  • Picks the locations, or the brand's own list, and a tag to narrow it
  • Sends a test, then sends now or schedules it
  • Sees every location's copy, its approval, and its numbers

What a location's manager does

Their own customers, their own say.

  • Sees their location's copy exactly as it will arrive
  • Approves it, or asks for a change with a note
  • Changes the words they are allowed to change
  • Sends from a brand template to their own list, when the settings allow
  • Sees their location's opens, clicks, and bookings

Each location sends as itself

Customers hear from the place they know.

  • The location's name on the email
  • Replies to the location's own address
  • The location's postal address in the footer
  • Its own list of customers

Lists that stay clean

Nobody has to tidy them by hand.

  • Unsubscribe in one tap, honored at once
  • Bounced addresses taken off
  • Spam complaints taken off everywhere
  • Confirmed sign-ups, if you choose

Before it sends

Nothing goes out half-ready.

  • Missing details flagged per location
  • A reminder before it goes
  • A test to your own inbox
  • A weekly limit per person, if you set one

From each list's sign-up page (a link, or a QR code at the counter or on a tablet at the front desk), a form on your website, a spreadsheet import, or someone on your team adding a customer who agreed. Every contact keeps a record of when and how they agreed.

Yes. Every location keeps its own list, and the brand has one too. A customer can be on one location's list and not another's, and unsubscribing from one location leaves the others alone unless they choose everything.

Every email carries who it is from, a postal address, and an unsubscribe link, plus the one-click unsubscribe that Gmail and Yahoo ask bulk senders for. Unsubscribes take effect at once, and addresses that bounce or report spam get nothing more.

No. Until you add one, email goes out from a shared Vantage address with your location's name on it and replies going to your own address. Adding your domain ([email protected]) is a few records in your DNS, shown to you in Settings, and reaches more inboxes.

Log them on a contact, or have your booking system or till send them to Vantage with a key. A visit never signs anyone up: only people already on a list get the emails.

Mark a button as a booking link and every click on it is counted as a booking, by campaign and by location.
