A subprocessor is a company we use that processes our customers’ data for us. Each one is bound by a contract to protect it and to use it only to provide its part of Vantage Workforce.

3.Services a workspace connects

These are not our subprocessors. They receive information only when a workspace or a member chooses to connect them, as an instruction from the customer, and their own terms apply. Each connection can be switched off by an admin and disconnected by the person who made it.

The optional add-ons for Payroll (a 401(k), workers’ compensation insurance, and benefits) are provided by licensed third-party partners. They receive information only when a workspace turns one on, and their own terms apply.

  • Google (Calendar, Meet, Drive, Business Profile, YouTube): calendar events, meetings, shared files, social posts.
  • Microsoft (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint): calendar events, meetings, shared files.
  • Zoom: meetings started from chat.
  • GitHub: link previews and actions on pull requests.
  • DocuSign: files sent for signature.
  • Canva: designs imported into chat, posts, and emails.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest: posts and their numbers from Social Planner.
  • Vantage Recruiter: job listings, applicants, messages, and offers in Recruiting.
  • AI assistants you connect: what the person who connects one allows it to read or do.

4.How we tell you about changes

We give at least fourteen (14) days’ notice before a new subprocessor begins to process Customer Data, on this page, in our change history, and by email to workspace owners. A customer may object in writing to [email protected] on reasonable data protection grounds; if we cannot resolve the objection, the customer may end the affected service without penalty, as our Data Processing Agreement sets out.

5.Questions

For copies of our subprocessors’ terms, transfer documents, or a vendor questionnaire, write to [email protected].
